Dr. Kwok-chiu Chan graduated from the University of Victoria, B.C, Canada in Economics in 1973, and received the D.B.A.(honoriscausa) from Armstrong University, California, USA in 2007. Dr. Chan is an outstanding philanthropist, devoting himself to charitable causes and actively involves in numerous community services. He was awarded the Medal of Honor of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of P.R.C. in 2001 and was appointed the Justice of the Peace in 2011.
